KAB MAX 12T

Our KAB 12T machine is built with the latest technology in automatism for the discharge of materials retained in bags/sacks piled up in pallets. A full pallet with bags/sacks of 25 kg each is placed in front of the machine which by means of a movable trolley, grabs the bags/sack and intermediately discharges its content completely. Its effectiveness is of 99.9%.

The KAB 12T is controlled by a plc and operated through an intuitive and easy handling 7 inches touch screen. The system has first class moto reducer gear, optical and inductive sensors. It also counts with a security barrier and emergency stop. The trolley that grabs the bags/sacks consists of 8 shafts of hooks. The cutting system possess a shaft with stainless steel cutting discs which have a template process.

ABI FULL

Our ABI FULL machine is an automatic emptying system for powdered products in paper or polyethylene bags.

It is built with the latest technology in terms of automation on the unloading of materials stored in palletized bags. Only the complete pallet with the 25 kg or 50 kg bags/sacks should be placed in front of the robotic arm and it will take them by means of a vacuum device, placing the bag on the belt of the bag opening machine Once the bag is entered, its contents are quickly and completely unloaded.

The ABI FULL has a central control by Siemens PLC with electrical distribution by digital modules and a 9.7-inch Touch screen, intuitive and easy to use. The system has top brand geared motors, optical and inductive sensors, safety barrier and emergency stop.

EMPTY BAG COMPACTOR

The empty bags compactor is a highly efficient and economic solution to compress empty bags to a hugely reduced volume, keeping the working area totally clean.

The empty bags fall into a metallic hopper joined to the compactor. The functioning is quite simple: By means of a screw triggered by a reduced moto gear with lateral exit, bags/sacks are pressed inside a polyethylene pipe of variable length.

STACKER FOR EMPTY PALLETS

The stacker for empty pallets posses a strong structure design. The stacker takes empty pallets that are discarded by the opening bags KAB 12T machine with no operator intervention.

The empty pallets get piled up one on top of the other at an adequate height and according to each client’s need. At the end, pallets are ready to be removed with a car lift.

IN BELT CONVEYOR FOR FULL PALLETS

In and out conveyor belts for full pallets with driving rollers. Its traction power is by means of armored reduced motor gear and positioning sensors. in belt conveyor for full pallets can be synchronized with opening bags machines.

They form a modular system that allows the automation of the load of full pallets. The conveyor belt have legs and adjustable rails/tracks in height and position.
